August 23rd, 2013 – Wicker Park Choral Singers @ WFMT (2pm)

Tune in to 98.7FM to hear the Wicker Park Choral Singers play recordings of their favorite performances – including On the Breakwater.

September 8th, 2013 – Gaudete Brass @ Constellation (8pm)

The amazing Gaudete Brass Quintet will be giving the world premiere of my Three Preludes at the happening new Chicago venue, Constellation.  Details and tickets.

October 19th, 2013 – Logan Chamber Players @ Church of the Advent, Chicago (7pm)

String quartets by Hayden, Malmquist, and Prokofiev. Check out the Facebook Event.

November 8th, 2013 – Gaudete Brass @ Roosevelt University (7:30pm) (FREE)

The good folks of Gaudete are reprising my Three Preludes at my alma mater. See more on Facebook.

December 15th, 2013 – Concert Orchestra, Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras @ Pick-Staiger (5pm)

Chicago’s own orchestral program for our gifted musical students is performing my Everyone in Civilization Knew Each Other. I’m looking forward to hearing a huge orchestra of enthusiastic students blasting out a triple forte! See the whole program and details here.

January 12th, 2014 – Michael Hall, viola @ Constellation (8:30pm)

Dear old friend and new-music interpreter extraordinaire Michael Hall will be premiering my Sonata for Viola and Piano, along with other works written specifically for him. He’s spitting the bill with more chums, Access Contemporary Music. Details and tickets here.

April 9th, 2014 – Michael Hall, viola @ VanderCook (7:30pm)

Michael Hall reprises my viola sonata on his faculty recital in a program of other recently composed works – the oldest on the program is from 2010, and all pieces were written specifically for Michael. See the program and details on his Concerts page.

May 12th, 2014 – Fellow Citizens @ Chicago Cultural Center (12:15pm) (FREE)

VOX3 and Access Contemporary Music team up to present a program of songs on social engagement and change. My song “Fellow Citizens” on Sandburg poetry will be premiered.
